1.Eligibility and Registration

1.1 To register and maintain an account on 8999be, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 8999be is lawful in your location.

1.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

1.3 Only one account is permitted per person, household, residential address, shared device, and shared IP address. If duplicate accounts are detected, 8999be reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all associated accounts and void any pending transactions or bonus balances.

1.4 You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

2.Account Verification (KYC)

2.1 8999be operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, utility bill (not older than three months), or bank statement.

2.2 Withdrawal of funds is conditional on successful completion of KYC verification. 8999be reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the review of KYC documents.

2.3 8999be may request updated documentation at any time, including in response to unusual account activity, large withdrawal requests, or regulatory requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days may result in account restriction.

2.4 All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with the 8999be Privacy Policy.

3.Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 8999be accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may change without prior notice.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 8999be may apply transaction caps at its discretion for fraud prevention purposes.

3.3 All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your verified 8999be account. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

3.4 8999be does not charge deposit fees. However, fees charged by your payment provider or bank are your sole responsibility.

3.5 Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, contact 8999be support with your transaction reference number.

4.Withdrawals

4.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification.

4.2 Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 8999be reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 BDT.

4.3 Verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days.

4.4 8999be reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or outstanding; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (c) a fraud or security review is in progress; or (d) the withdrawal request conflicts with these Terms.

4.5 Inactive accounts (no login for 180 consecutive days) may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳100 BDT deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 8999be offers a Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT on qualifying first deposits, subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time of registration. Promotional terms may be amended or withdrawn without notice.

5.2 All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

5.3 Bonus funds may not be used on all game types. 8999be will specify any game exclusions within individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.

5.4 Only one Welcome Bonus is available per player. Attempting to claim a Welcome Bonus more than once — through duplicate accounts, referrals to oneself, or any other method — is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and balances.

5.5 8999be reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a bonus has been credited in error, 8999be may recover it from your account balance without notice.

6.Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on 8999be are final once confirmed. 8999be does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error on the platform has demonstrably affected the bet outcome.

6.2 8999be reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error (incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system malfunction). In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 For sports betting markets, 8999be follows standard international settlement rules for each sport. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of 8999be's trading team is final, subject to review upon written request submitted within 48 hours of settlement.

6.4 All casino game outcomes (slots, RNG table games) are determined by certified Random Number Generator technology provided by our game studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. 8999be does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

6.5 Live casino games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are subject to those studios' own game rules, which take precedence over 8999be's general gaming rules in the event of a conflict.

7.Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8999be platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain credits, free bets, or any other form of unfair advantage.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim bonuses more than once, or evade any restriction placed on your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate deposit through your payment provider.

7.2 8999be employs risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts frozen pending investigation.

8.Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 8999be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, unresolved KYC issues, or at the request of the account holder.

8.2 If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and any winnings derived primarily from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money deposits less any forfeited amounts will be returned to you via your verified payment method after investigation.

8.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8999be support. Account closure requests made under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

8.4 8999be is not liable for any losses incurred due to account suspension or closure where such action was taken in good faith in response to suspected breach of these Terms or applicable law.

9.Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 8999be platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the property of 8999be or its licensed game studio partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 8999be.

10.Limitation of Liability
